One Action, Big Impact

The recent news that California will require gasoline powered cars to be phased out by 2035 and Michigan is striving to reach net zero emissions by 2050 highliights the critical role government must play to drive change at the level needed to more fully and effectively battle climate change. It got me thinking that the single most important and influential thing each American citizen can do at this moment in time to fight global warming is to vote for candidates who will implement laws, regulations and policies to address climate change. Without this individual action by each of us we risk a much bleaker future for ourselves, the next generation and this planet.

I highly recommend the recently released film, Purple Mountains, (available here) for additional motivation to exercise your right to vote and support candidates who will fight climate change.
